Eat your largest meal of the day at lunchtime instead of at night. If you eat sandwiches for lunch, try eating it during supper instead. Since you burn more calories during the day and less at night, it makes more sense to eat more during the day and less in the evening.

Double the amount of meals you eat from three to six daily, and monitor your portion sizes and consider it snacking with the exception of breakfast and dinner. This will prevent the “hungries” from creeping up on you, and also make it easier to enjoy smaller portions at mealtimes. This will in turn let you consume less calories a day.
